- Changed the sounds of baby howling beast because there are very loud

NOTE: i realy wanted to add new structure to the mod but minecraft wouldn't even let me save it, i even made structure 3 times... I'm just tired of this. So maybe in the future will be a new structure... (that's why i made howling beast eggs blocks.)
