Rebalanced current weapons, Added new way of obtaining elements, added the star table, Redid Hstar Plushie

Fixed a bunch of the recipes and added a few achievements aswell
Added recipe for starwood because it was unobtainable (My bad)
Added a cooldown to the rapier Added better balancing for the sickle
