Fix startup crash
Port to 1.21.1. Alchemist Cauldron support is not yet implemented
- Made EntityEvents.spellPreCast cancellable
- Added ISSEvents.modifySpell
- Added methods getMagicData and syncMana on ServerPlayer
- Added method addManaBarShowingItem to ClientEvents.init, allows contextual mana bar to be shown when holding a specified item
