This update is mainly for FantasyMC modpack due to it's scaling, not recommended if you dont have scaling mobs

• Changed all modifiers original modifiers to be positive, legendary and unique chance reduced -> overall a big buff to all modifiers
• Wizards mod's wands and staves are now using the same modifiers
