Moved some settings into the new "Border" option tab
added the ability to render only names by turning off head rendering.
added static border colours to only one colour.
Added size option for heads.
Made the include/exclude option also remove the vanilla-coloured dot.
Added option to show names when the player list is shown.
Added an animation for toggling name display.
Added showed names in colour when team colouring is enabled.
Team colouring is now off by default.
