   - New 'cavespheres' Lost world type combining caverns and spheres
   - New lostworlds:abyss dimension that demonstrates the new cavern with spheres
   - Better handling of disabling fog and other special effects in case they are not needed
   - New 'lostworlds-client.cfg' config file. This file contains all dimensions for which the special effects are enabled
