Decreases the volume of the rain sfx ingame.
For those who dislike the incredibly loud sound!

How to change volume

1.1 and latest → Go to .minecraft/config/lowrain.properties and change the value there! Default: 0.025
1.0.1 → Cycle through a set of volumes using F3 + U ingame.
