- Add version of Jumppad which boosts forward
- Add Megahealth pickup
- Add splash damage to BFG10K
- Make rocket and grenade damage more like Quake3
- Increase max health to 200 in arena mode, start with 100
- Seamless switching between vanilla and arena modes.
- Player's position, inventory, XP etc are saved before joining an arena, and restored when leaving the arena.
