DRASTICALLY changed the terrain generation

removed edits to the jaggedness terraingen function, as it caused unapealing mountain peaks.

tweaked the world generation paramaters.

added files to the mod that changes minecraft's world generation modifiers.

Changed the spawn rate of sniffers for rolling windy hills biome.

Balanced out the spawn rates of my biomes, rolling windy hills will actually spawn now, yay. Changed the colors of rolling windy hills to be more apealing.

Changed the biome spawning so that the gigantic forest and the warm forest flurries spawn more. Gigantic forest REALLY fits its name now.

Changed the name of the big forest and also changed the spawn rate of all the biomes. I honestly think its slightly worse and slightly better than the 4.0.0 release but give it a try and tell me what you thingk

Added a new biome and changed the spawning data of the other biomes added

Changed some of the spawn numbers so that axolotls and foxes dont spawn as much

Added another biome, changed around the spawn rates from previous ones, and changed the way the nether generates, added a new recipie for making ancient debrie since the nether is harder now, a risk to reward kind of thing. Added a few structures for one of the biomes.
