fixed particles spawned with command and unusual velocities

- fixed pets not counting as player attack source
- renaming a dummy with a number will give the dummy that max health
- changed how goals are added to entities on fabric since fabric spawn event is no good
fixed some enchantment code keeping the server level loaded in memory when in the main screen
