Small bugfix to log menus.
Recoded the whole thing, and renamed to fit it's uses better.
Added /history menu, along with added functionality to the log menus.
Huge update, custom /mod log and /admin log menus, custom reports screen using ctrl+[keybind], and better text wrapping for reports + logs.
Added text wrapping & more internal refactors
Bugfixes & Report dismiss sound added.
