Changes:
- You can now install YACL and ModMenu to configurate More Leaf Particles
- Size and color of all tinted particles can now be configurated via ModMenu's config screen
- Size of all untinted particles can now be configurated
- Color: specify custom color to be used, and determine whether to use the particle's tint
- Size: specify the particle's size (default is 2)
- If YACL isn't installed, the config is not applied
- If ModMenu isn't installed, the config is applied, but cannot be modified in-game
