More Lectern Variants

• 1.21.4⁺: Fix books not dropping when breaking a Lectern
• 1.21.6⁺: Fix books not being able to be read on Lecterns

  Any books placed on Lectern variants before this update will be removed/deleted!
  Please make sure to remove them before updating, and place them back after updating.
  This only affects versions 1.21.4 and newer.
