Adds Titanium armor, tools, and weapons. The ore generates above deepslate, with the best Y level to mine being Y 25.

- Makes sure Knights only spawn in the Overworld

- Added Platinum tools and armor which have some special abilities...
- Added Amethyst tools, weapons, and armor. Amethyst has a high damage/efficiency/protection, but very low durability.
- Removed Forge recipe for Endersteel
- Added the ability to make Rose Gold (doesn't have functionality)
- Updated durability of higher tier metals to make it more balanced
- Added a crafting recipe for the Rainbow Sword, the best weapon which can be right-clicked to summon lightning
