More Vanilla Shields!

• Updated to forge 45.4.0
• Fixed Creative Mode Tab not showing all shields
• Added Copper Shield (325 durability, no function yet)
• Added Magma Shield (255 durability)
• Magma Shield burns enemies on hit (5 second burn time, configurable if turned on or off)
• Removed all tooltips except for the Redstone Shield and End Crystal Shield
• Reworked Tooltips for End Crystal Shield and Redstone Shield
• Tooltips now only showing when advanced tooltips are activated (F3 + H)
• Reduced wear and tear on the shield when the end crystal shield explodes (from 175 -> 65)

COMING SOON:

• Sculk Shield (emits a sculk signal for sculk sensors (opening doors for example))
• Copper Shield function with lightning
• Variants for Wind Burst Shield (knocks back enemies OR very high jumps)
