Fixed some issues with recipe loading that would print exceptions in the console.
Paintbrush Recipe serialization no longer throws an exception when joining servers.
- Update to 1.16.4
- Hopefully fix registry desync issues for real this time.
- Fix an issue where recipes would not load.
- The paintbrush recipe no longer loads when the paintbrush is disabled.
