NoFrills 0.3.7 for Minecraft 1.21.5

No changes have been made to the fixes in this release, as unfortunately only Park and Galatea are running under the prediction anticheat.

• Added support for the new attribute shards to the Bazaar price tooltips
• Added Fullbright
• Added No Effect Display (hides the potion effect displays from the HUD and the inventory)
• Updated Etherwarp Overlay to use the correct eye height at all times
• Removed attribute pricing as the system is now deprecated
