Port to 1.21.6/7
- Tweak timing of phantom spawns so phantoms spawn quicker once you are below half health but with a higher cooldown after that
- Made more damage types stun phantoms
- 1.21.1+ only: Fixed iron golems and tridents not stunning phantoms
- Port to 1.21.5
Fix crash on first run when config file does not exist
