Made several configs require world restart

Large Fireballs should now hit Ghasts if they ghostlyGhast is enabled.

Mobs can be hostile towards players that stare at them like Enderman.

Piglins and Hoglins will not zombify if in a dimension that has a day-night cycle and is at night time. (Since Minecraft Legends and Movie made it seem that way lol)

Piglins and Illagers hate each other.

Piglins hate Villagers now.
