Changed the name of the trim from "Spike" to "Spine". This unfortunately removes all the already existing trims. Also added the trim to the desert pyramid loot table.
Added the Spike Armor Trim
Added dispenser functionality to throwable cactus, cactus tnt and boats + fixed a creative issue with throwable cactus.
