v71 fix reset button
Reapplied Vivecraft's vr control keybinds, and misc. fixes.
Completely rewrote the backend for future-proofing.
- saves binds for modded inputs even when the mod is removed.
- can rebind everything including UI controls.
- if you manage to soft-lock yourself or want to reset binds, delete the "keybinds.text" file in ".minecraft/openvr/input"
