fixxed resource pack issues
Thanks to motho for pointing out the fact that the config and commands didnt load
use /rarays cooldown <ticks> to change cooldown
Added Config and made it so that you can edit cooldown
Run /rarays cooldown <ticks> to change the cooldown
Change Logs:
- Added Sounds which use the euclidean distance formula to calculate how loud the explosion should be
