back ported the changes of the 1.19 version (stone cutter scrap change and the furnace issue)

fixed an furnace issue
updated to 1.19.2
added the ability to uncraft netherite ingot to 4 scraps by using an stonecutter*
*idk if this is gonna be the right idea to use an stone cutter for this but it felt right
