added partial support for simply swords (just the unique weapons for now)

- unbreakable is now disabled on overcharged items and is indicated as such by marking it in red text and crossing it out
like this - fixed not being able to apply any enchanted book that wasnt cursed in the anvil
- overcharged items cannot not be repaired at all now
- fixed dedicated server crashes. oops
- fixed a redirect conflict with Galosphere
- updated the config version incase anyone migrated from the old version of the mod.
