Fix development environment issues, remove some calls to Quilt internals (at the expense of others in dev environments)
Update to support latest Quilt versions. This does not support Quilt versions prior to 0.27.0, please update if you are on an older version if possible.
Fix issue with mixin plugins ono
- Fix fatal issue with mixin problems (and potentially also fewer mixin conflicts!)
- Add better errors if loading fails
Fixes catastrophic error with mods which depend on other mods (such as any forge mod, or buildcraft mods with each other)
