Rispwind's Obsidian Expansion

A small mod that adds Obsidian Ingots, which can be crafted using 4 Netherite Scraps and 1 block of Obsidian. These ingots can be used to craft new lategame tools. You could also call this an "Obsidian Tools" mod.
