Rock Salt (& Pepper Plants)

Adds two new food items, salt and pepper.

Salt can be obtained by breaking rock salt blocks below beaches, while pepper can be gotten from pepper plants underground.

Salt is energizing (lots of saturation) and pepper is nutritous (it refills hunger).
