Silly's Auto Totem

Port to 1.21.8

• Added keybind to enable/disable the mod
• Changed alerts config to 2, one for totem alerts and the other for shield
• Added Alerts Color config (hex code)
• Fixed bug where it still alerts in chat if you disabled and re-enabled mod
