Removes testing entries in datamaps. Oopsie!
- Split damage caps into "flat damage cap" and the new "percentage damage cap" that instead caps damage to a percentage of mob's max health.
- Damage caps that cause a mob to take 0 damage are now treated as a propery invulnerability (hitting them causes the phwump that creative mode players being hit gets) instead of a regular hit of zero damage (flashing red and taking knockback)
- Shortcut tags for invincibility (0 damage cap), standard flat (15 damage) and standard percentage (5%) included.
- NOTE: Uploaded for parity with curseforge, contains testing entries in datamap. Use hotfix1 instead.
