- Duels
- Dueling Pit structures can be found scattered across the world, each containing a Dueling Pit Block
- Dueling Pit Blocks can be used to initiate Duels
- Duels can include up to four players, spawning strong opponents for them to fight. If all players die the duel ends in a loss, and if all the opponents are killed the duel ends in a victory
- Players wager their inventories on the duel. If they lose the fight, they lose all items in their inventory
- Lost items can be bought back at the Dueling Pit Block using Sapphires
- Duels have a strict set of rules -- only participants can damage the opposing mobs, players cannot leave the duel’s bounds, and blocks cannot be placed or removed
- Winning a duel awards the players with some items, in addition anything looted off the opponents
- Initiating a duel with a level of Bad Omen will cause at least one Shardbearer to spawn as an opponent
- Alethi Soldiers
- Spawn in Alethi Villages and as opponents in Duels
- Neutral, but attack monsters and Parshendi on sight
- Can be Shardbearers
- Improvements
- Gave Thaylen Merchants noses
- Minor AI tweaks to Parshendi
- Parshendi are no longer classified as monsters
- Rockbuds and Shalebark can be converted into dyes
- Fixed bug where Markel and Stumpwieght Logs couldn't be burned as a fuel source or for charcoal
- Fixed bug where subtitles for certain actions were incorrect
