Fix infinite production of lumber via sawmill. Add missing AFC wood types for sawmill recipes. Change lumber output for log fence and boat sawmill recipes. Change collapse behaviour for tfc_ie_addon ores. Increase mining speed fore tfc_ie_addon ores. Improve textures for ore items. Make string craftable with jute fiber. Add ru_ru translation.
Add missing fire ingot mold casting recipes.
THIS UPDATE CHANGES THE COKE OVEN STRUCTURE!
If you have built a coke oven using fire bricks, all the fire bricks will be converted to coke bricks.
