Fix reforge being broken when special tuning ingot is disabled
Added Special Tuning Ingot (Disabled by default, configurable in configs)
Fix crashing on servers
- Added "curse" field (optional) into modifiers
- Curses are only available in loot tables, not crafted nor reforged. Cursed Items aren't reforgable
- Added Bless Scrolls
- Bless Scrolls can be used on cursed items and rerolling to specific groups of tiers (Customizable in tiered_more.json)
- Added 2 new curse modifiers for accessories
Fix single modifiers not able to scroll down

Tuning Ingots loot chance & locations can be modified via tiered_more.json now instead of the normal tiered.json5
