Unbreakable Anvils

This mod introduces a very simple method to enable anvils to become invulnerable to chipping. By right clicking a normal anvil with a honeycomb, they will always stay as a normal anvil no matter how many repairs / enchantments are done on them. Breaking the anvil will return it to it's normal state ensuring other tiers of anvils can still be collected (should you want them.)
