Major performance enhancements

Fixed some bugs, optimized some things, added better fog and elytra trails

Fixed lights not updating when world is modified, added a few config options

More optimizations, reduced lag spikes when loading new chunks

Fixed crash on launch, minor optimizations

Max Shadow Distance setting, made Light Cull Distance setting actually work, now unloads light when they go out of render distance
