Wizards mod

• The fixed staff handle could not be crafted problem
• Updated the crafting recipe of the staff handle
  • Now requires 3 sticks and 2 leather instead of 1 stick and 1 leather (recipe updated in the gallery tab)

Tested working on 1.21.4, not tested on other verisons
