Added a few more configs:
- Update debounce seconds
- Discord connection max retries
- Discord connection retry delay
- Player list truncate formatting

Updated config loading so it doesn't keep deleting and recreating the config file.
First ever release of the mod.
I tried to make it survive a terminal window closing, but it's not working. Might just be an AtlasOS thing though.
