This update is truly massive, representing over 300 hours of dedicated work from our team of 2! While we've strived for extensive testing, some unforeseen issues might arise, which is why we highly recommend performing a full backup of your world before updating.

A special note on support during this period: Responses will be slower in the coming days, as June 27th marks MARY's birthday, one of COBBLEVERSE's creators! We pushed hard (with some sleepless nights) to get this update out on time, so please bear with us if replies are delayed. We'll fix every bug and provide full support as soon as possible. The wiki will also be updated in a few days. In the meantime, if you decide to update, enjoy discovering all the new features on your own!

IMPORTANT COMMAND FOR JOHTO LEAGUE COMPLETERS: If you've already conquered the Johto League and wish to unlock the Hoenn Region, use this command: /function help:hoenn_setup

VERY IMPORTANT(!!) TO AVOID CRASHES: Right now, please DO NOT eat any CobbleCuisine food (like sandwiches, curry,...). It will crash the game / server. Please download COBBLEVERSE 1.5.1 to avoid crashes!

🗺️ NEW EXCLUSIVE STRUCTURES!

We've added a wealth of brand-new, exclusive COBBLEVERSE structures to explore:

• All 8 Hoenn Gyms: 8 new Gym Leaders await your challenge!
• Hoenn Pokémon League: face the Elite Four and the Champion!
• Articuno's Tower
• Zapdos's Tower
• Moltres's Tower
• Burned Tower: where you can encounter and catch Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.
• Bell Tower: where you can summon and catch Ho-Oh.
• Whirl Island: where you can summon and catch Lugia.
• Celebi Shrine: challenge Red to obtain the GS Ball!
• Johto Radio Tower: discover unique items, including the one needed to get Shadow Lugia!

Unlocking New Structures: please note that each new structure becomes available only after you've unlocked its corresponding region.

Example: Moltres's Tower is immediately available (found in the Nether), as its region (Kanto) is unlocked by default. The Burned Tower, however, will only begin appearing after you've completed the Kanto League and restarted your world/server once to apply the new generation conditions.

✨ NEW MECHANICS & GAMEPLAY

• New Legendary Mechanics: For the newly added Legendary structures, we've introduced special summoning items! This item grants you a chance to obtain the Pokémon with random IVs, better IVs, perfect IVs, or even a shiny (2 in 100 chance)!
  • Please Note: All Legendary mechanics are currently in a testing phase. Your feedback is highly appreciated to help us balance everything effectively. More new mechanics and structures are coming in future modpack versions!
• New Gym Finding System: Thanks to the Kanto/Johto/Hoenn Cartography Blocks, you can now insert a Gym Leader's item to receive a map to their Gym, complete with the calculated distance displayed in chat!
  • The regular Map Traders are still available, including the new Hoenn Map Trader villager.
• Introducing LumyMon! We've developed our very own mod to bring you new custom items and mechanics. It's not yet complete or perfect, as we're not professional programmers and are constantly learning. A huge thank you to everyone who offered to help us!
• Vast New Biomes to Explore! A special system ensures that new biomes won't unlock from the start of your game. They become available only after completing Johto, making it easier to find Kanto and Johto Gyms and structures first. After that, vibrant new biomes await your exploration!
• All Z-Rings Added!
• Tons of New Trainer Skins: all now feature animated eyes!

🛠️ TWEAKS & FIXES

• Fixed Pokédex entries for Starter Pokémon: all entries are now complete and fully readable.
• Fixed Birch Saplings generating Oak Trees (You guys really forced my hand on this one! I still hate birch, though. :P)
  • Example: You can now obtain the Blue Orb and Red Orb by defeating the Hoenn Champion!
• Revamped Books: The books received from Champions after beating Leagues have been given a fresh look.
• And countless other fixes and improvements.
