✨ Some new things!

1. Better Tab! Better Ping Display was changed to Better Tab! Better Tab is more optimized for small screens, and their versions release faster, so Better Ping Display is useless.

2. Particle Rain added! And with that, Rains have less particles, so more FPS!

3. Particle Core config updated! Now, Particle Core makes 30% less particles than vanilla, so more FPS!

Also there was more small changes that are helping to raise FPS and make better stability
