New Sodium Options
Sodium 2.4.0 adds a handful of new options to configure the chunk worker thread creation to minimize lag during F3 + F. DesktopFolder has made a video giving an overview of what these new options mean and how to configure them yourself: https://youtu.be/0Xy75PnA-BA. The default values should be sufficient unless you are on high RD a lot, in which case you might benefit a bit from the example shown at 8:30.
