Removed some mods. Updated to 1.21.5! (delayed because Modrinth's API was down)

This new version adds a few new mods. (Note: This is a beta version.) This is for fabric only.
Note: Verison 1.1b is 1.0.0b. I had to change version 1.1b to 1.0.0b, so I had to rename the files. Please remove 1.1b mrpack file.
