Fix config initalisation error
- Added ability to change the preferred wall for placing wall torches
- Added ability to change the height for wall torches
- Fix GUI issue when updating a numerical value but it is not saved to config
- Fix config loading issue
- Added update checker
- Allow placing of torches on walls.
- Per-player config is now a thing! This means that when a player customises their settings, it will be saved over restarts.
- Add translation file for per-player config.
- There is now only one GUI page rather than the two previously.
- Fix WorldGuard flag checking.
