changes:
- new discord api wrapper (easier for me to develop :3 )
- replaced the text command system with the new fancy discord slash commands
- fixed some waypoint parsing issues
- fixed markdown related text handling
this all basically works the same way it did before but with some stuff to polish and make it "1.0"-ish
