Bedrock Edition Music

Makes music match Bedrock Edition as closely as possible. Includes all of the bugs, such as volume inconsistency and tracklist mistakes. Creative Mode also only plays Creative Mode music, though I imagine this is intentional and not a bug.

Made specifically for someone's modpack, so I probably won't add support for pre-1.21 game versions.
