Bi Hotbar & XP Bar

Bi color palette GUI!!!

This edit changes the textures of the following things:

-Hotbar -Hotbar Selection Slot -Offhand Slot -XP Bar

NOTE: There is a folder in the resource pack that includes an opaque version of the hotbar. I personally think that the one with the transparent slots looks better but I decided to keep the opaque one in here!
