Blocky 3D Pointed Dripstone

Changes

• Updated the "pack.mcmeta" file to support the new changes:
  • Removed pack_format/supported_formats fields
  • Added min_format, max_format

Removed redundant code.

Added textures to the top and bottom of merged pointed dripstone to account for edge cases.
