MajorZwey's Blue Hearts

This project adds blue hearts instead of the red ones and some visibility improvements. So red hearts are now blue, poison hearts are now lime (increased visibility),wither hearts are now blue (also with increased visibility), freeze and vehicle hearts are staying the same. (THIS ALSO APPLIES TO HARDCORE HEARTS)
