Every ore has its own outline now with deepslate ones being a bit darker than stone ones

1. Lower Shield when holding it in your off hand
2. Lower fire on the ground
3. Lower burning animation

1. The cobwe bis no longer marked red and has its normal texture now
2. Little change to the "throwable" experience bottle potion
