ETF - Custom cape fix

A simple pack to fix a ETF custom cape crash I ran into. Disable ETF builtin cape first (set px at 53,16 to #00000000) To make the cape, follow the instructions here.

Supports both slim and classic skins.

Incompatible with any pack that changes the player model
