-Remade most textures to save space
-Redid all Rail UVs
-Made sleepers their own texture
-Mapped rails of model to default minecraft texture (Excluding raised rails because they have a unique texture)
- Updated pack.png
- Updated pack description
- Changed sleeper textures on raised rails to be more evenly spaced
- Tested for further version compatibility (Works on older version but there are slight lighting issues)
