Adds pack.png file
Fixes the version numbers in pack.mcmeta, I had relied on the wiki which doesn't have versions past 55.
Fixed an unnecessary file that did nothing.
Updated for version compatibility, removed vanilla flashing animation when losing health for consistency
For Minecraft 1.21.5 only
